A villain the likes of which haven't appeared on screen in a long time. A true cold-blooded maniac. Superbly played by Jamie Bower. Also brilliantly designed. Whose connection to the main characters of the entire series was never revealed, but rather revealed. I really want to know how he weaved it all together. Was the Mind Torturer controlling him all this time? What exactly happened to him in the dimension where 11 sent him? Why did Hawkins appear in that world, how was this cast created? Is the rest of the world there, just as self-supervised? Where did the smoke from the Siberian prison go?
