Bad Bart. Lost Evil Character from "Woody's Roudup" Toy Story2

I always wondered why Buzz Lightyear has a main villain in his story, but Woody doesn't. Although he is also a hero in his show. and recently I saw a children's book that was released during the release of the second part of the cartoon. and for the character Bad Bart was not invented. I understand that it is not canon. but I decided for him to come up with a full-fledged villain design in the style of the rest of the toys from "Woody's Roundup"
